receptionist is available to take your phone call 8:30 am until 5:00 pm
Monday through Thursday, and until noon on Friday. The phones are
turned off for an hour at lunch and on occasion due to staff meetings.
When the phones are off a voicemail system is in place. The busiest
phone times seem to be Monday mornings. Try to place your calls early
afternoon for more prompt attention.
At night and on weekends
you can leave a non-urgent message on voicemail. (I would encourage you
to use the online system instead. That way no one has to guess as to
how to spell your name.)
If you need the immediate attention of
the doctor on call, please follow the prompts on the voicemail to
activate the paging system. You should receive a reply within the hour.
If for any reason you do not receive a response or have a medical
emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
